Veteran's Day Flag Giveaway - Rules and Disclaimers

• Eligibility:
  • To participate in the "Veteran's Day Flag Giveaway," entrants must be a legal resident of the United States and must be a Veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces.
  • Entrants must be located in one of the lower 48 states (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii) to be eligible for the giveaway.
• Prize Description:
  • The prize for this giveaway consists of one (1) Pledge of Allegiance flag with dimensions of 19 inches by 34 inches, proudly made by American Grains.
• How to Enter:
  • To enter the giveaway, participants are required to subscribe to our email list.
• Entry Period:
  • The entry period for the "Veteran's Day Flag Giveaway" begins on 10/25/23 and ends on 11/12/23. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
• Winner Selection:
  • The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entrants.
  • The winner will be notified by email after the giveaway's end date. If the selected winner does not respond within 10 days, a new winner will be chosen.
• Delivery and Shipping:
  • The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost.
  • American Grains will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the flag, but is not responsible for any shipping delays, loss, or damage during transit.
